The Vampire Angel

Ever since I was appointed a Guardian Angel about two months ago, My life as an Angel has been very great. Especially since I've been changing the life of my adopted brother under my Angel wings and one in need, Jacob Allen.  He and I are basically inseparable, doing almost everything together. He loves his life with me as his Guardian Angel/adopted Sister  every minute of the day. Superior August, the Head Angel, and God  could really see how I followed my heart and chose my one in need on earth perfectly, even if it meant  breaking the rules. Jacob and I are the perfect match and  love each other dearly as Brother and Sister.

However, recently, Jacob and I have faced a huge conflict against a dark force of evil on earth that really tested our bond and our very powerful love for each other.  It was pretty traumatizing, especially for Jacob, but it went to show us the very powerful meaning behind the saying, " Love overcomes anything" and how our love for each other is some of the most powerful magic ever known, especially to  magical beings like me, Guardian Angel, Christine.

It all began one day when I overheard Jacob having a huge fight with his Mom and brother in his house and I sat outside, quietly listening to it and worrying about Jacob. Finally, I heard the front door slam loudly and I saw how very sad and crying Jacob was. " What's the matter, Bro?" I asked him thoughtfully. In reply, he wiped his face on his shirt. " Oh, Chris, I just had another argument with my Mom and brother, Aaron.  They wanted me to clean up the living room, but I said I was too busy to do so at the moment. Then they fought with me over my responsibilities around the house.  It's so terrible, I just want to get away!" he broke down again. Needless to say, my Angel heart was really filled with compassion and empathy for his situation. " I'm so sorry to hear that, Jake. Tell you what. Why don't I take you over to the park and we meet up with one of my Angel friends, Dresella and her one in need, Minnie? I'm sure they'll be thrilled to see us again."

Jacob's face lit up after I made this suggestion. " Chris, you sure know how to cheer me up when I'm feeling very awful. Let's do it! I would love to see Dresella again!"  I smiled sweetly and transformed into my Angel form. "Follow me, Jake!" I yelled and took to the air. Jacob used some of his own Angel magic that I granted him when I first became a Guardian Angel to make wings sprout out of his back and take to the air as well, following me.

When we arrived at the park, the park seemed very deserted. I know my Angel senses are never wrong, but where can Dresella and Minnie be?  Jacob caught up with me in the air and we both gently landed on the path. " Boy, this park is dead today, Sis. Are you sure Dresella and Minnie are here today?" he said. I looked around for a moment (after making Jacob's wings disappear with my Angel magic), Just when I thought my Angel senses had steered me wrong and Jacob wouldn't get to see Dresella again, we heard two voices in the distance.  " Christine! Jacob! Over here!"

Jacob and I followed the two voices, knowing that they belong to Dresella and Minnie. Sure enough, we found them. They were at the playground, playing on the equipment. " Hey there, Dressy, Minnie! Great to see you guys again!" I greeted them.  " Hi there, guys! Nice to see you too. Wanna play with us? We're about to play on the jungle gym!" Dresella said to us. Jacob was thrilled. " Sure, Dressy. Sure takes me back to my childhood!"  I agreed as well. " Reminds me of my childhood back in Heaven also." With that, we joined Minnie and Dresella, playing on the jungle gym. After a short time, though, Minnie had a very hard time reaching the top and got frustrated. " This is too hard!" she cried. Then she turned to Dresella. " Please make me bigger, Dressy! I wanna reach the top with Chris and Jake!" Dresella looked nervous for a moment. "Well, I'm not too good with size changing magic, Minnie, but I'll do it for you!" She readied her magic and casted the growth spell. Nothing happened to Minnie. " Phooey!" she exclaimed.  But  Jacob and I felt a change come over us, though. Because just then we felt ourselves getting bigger and bigger, the jungle gym was sagging under our weight.  " Whoa! How did this happen, Chris? We're becoming giants!" Jacob asked in complete surprise. Then it occurred to me what happened. Dresella casted her size changing magic on the wrong people! " Dressy did this Jake. We gotta get smaller!" I replied, the jungle gym finally collapsed under us and we continued growing at a fast rate.   

Dresella was shocked at how her spell had backfired on us and began to panic. " Oh, I'm so sorry, Christine and Jacob! I seriously don't know how that happened!  My God! I wish I knew a shrinking spell to shrink you guys back to normal!" she exclaimed in a complete panic. As Jacob and I continued growing, almost taking up the whole park, Minnie took one look at us and began to scream in complete fear. " Augh!!! Chris and Jake have become monsters!!!! Augh!!!" she screamed. Then she ran as fast as she could down the path in the park, and into a very dark and scary looking forest at the edge of the park. " Minnie! Come back! We're not monsters! We're just giants!!" Jacob and I tried to call after her, but it was no use. Minnie has disappeared into the forest.  Dresella saw this and began to cry.

" I'm such a screw up as a Guardian Angel, guys! First I miscast a spell, making you two grow at an unstoppable rate, and now, Minnie got scared and is now lost in that scary, dark forest! Who knows what'll happen to her! My God!" she sobbed and sat down on the park bench. Still growing, I stood up and walked over and picked Dresella up in my hand. " You're not a screw up at all, Dressy. Jacob and I are here for you, to help you  find Minnie. I'm really good at size changing spells, so I can always help you with them. I love you very much, Dressy." I comforted her, stroking her with my finger and releasing some Angel magic onto her. Within a few moments, Dresella felt much better. " You're such a comforter, Chris. Thank you so very much! Now, how do I undo your and Jake's growth to shrink you back to normal?"

I placed her down on the ground. " It's quite easy, Dres. All you need to do is to aim your right hand over both of us and say the spell, 'Shrinkydink! ' . We should shrink back to normal in no time at all."  dresella looked nervous at first, but Jacob encouraged her. " Come on, Dressy. You can do this!" With that she stood in front of us, aimed her right hand, closed her eyes and shouted," Shrinkydink!". Jacob and I felt her Angel magic being released on us and we began shrinking until we were back to our normal sizes. " Way to go, Dressy!" I cheered for her after we stopped shrinking. Dresella opened her eyes and saw that Jacob and I were back to normal. " Yay! I got you guys back to normal! My size changing magic worked, thanks to you, Chris. I always could use help with that." She said, happily. " Always a pleasure, Dressy." I replied and hugged her.

At that moment, we realized that it was getting later and Minnie was still lost in the dark, spooky forest.  Dresella transformed into her Angel form and began to fly into the forest. " Come on, guys. There's no time to lose! Minnie could be in trouble!" she urged us. " We're right behind you, Dressy!" Jacob called after her. Then he turned to me. " Please give me my Angel wings, Sis." he said to me. I agreed and casted Angel magic, giving him wings  and transforming myself into my Angel form. Then we took to the air, flying into the forest. After a short time, we realized that flying high over the forest was not the best way in finding Minnie. " I think walking would be better." I said, and landed on the path that runs through the forest. " Great idea, Chris!" Dresella agreed and she and Jacob landed on the path as well.  Then we began walking.

I tell you, this forest was definitely much scarier when walking than flying. I began to get nervous. As we walked, Drsella was looking around very cautiously. " We better be extra careful walking here, Chris and Jake. Vampires are known to live in this forest." Jacob didn't seem concerned. " What's the matter with that? We can just slay them with our Angel magic." Drsella looked at us very seriously. " It's a much bigger deal than that, Jake. Vampires really hate us Angels and will stop at nothing to catch one whenever they see us. " This news made me even more scared. So scared, in fact, that I began shrinking to a very small size. Jacob noticed this and was shocked. " Christine! You're shrinking again!" I always get embarrassed whenever I shrink because  of being scared or sad, and this was no exception.

" I know, Jacob. I always shrink like this when I'm very sad or scared.  I'm just so scared of this forest and the vampires, as well as for Minnie. Who knows what'll happen?!" I replied, and began to cry, shrinking some more. Dresella and Jacob saw how very sad and scared I was and Jacob picked me up in his hand. " Don't be sad or scared, Sis. Your brother under your Angel wings will protect you, no matter what. Nothing bad will ever happen to you!" I felt a little better, but not much. I flew and sat onto his shoulder. " Thanks, Bro. You're the best!" We continued walking and I clung onto Jacob's shirt for protection.  

Suddenly, we heard something swoop around in the air around us. " Oh, I think it might be a vampire, guys." I whispered and shrunk some more on Jacob's shoulder. Jacob saw me getting smaller. " Would you like me to hold you, Sis? I think I can comfort you better that way." He held out his hand to me. I flew into it and sat down, clinging to one of his fingers.  Dresella felt that presence as well. " Chris is right.  There's a vampire lurking around here. We better transform into our human forms to avoid detection that we're Angels by him, Chris"  Dresella said and did so. I was just about to do so myself when suddenly, the vampire appeared in our path, looking intently on us. When he saw Jacob and Dresella were just humans, he almost moved on from us. " What a relief. Christine is safe." Jacob whispered to himself. But he was about to be proven wrong.

Out of the corner of his eye, the vampire spotted me, in my Angel form, in Jacob's hand, shaking with fear. He looked very excited to see me. " Well, what do we have here? A puny, worthless Angel, crossing paths with me! Time to take you and make you my evil vampire wife!" he growled and started to grab me from Jacob's hand. Jacob, trying very hard not to lose me, his Guardian Angel Sister, took a firm hold on me and was engaged in a tug-of-war with the vampire. Dresella held on to Jacob as well. " No! You can't have her! She's my sister!" Jacob grunted as he tried to keep me away from the vampire. I tried very hard not to shrink anymore, but it was hard. " Give her to me, puny human!" the vampire ordered. Jacob felt his strength start to weaken and turned to Dresella. " Can't you use Angel magic against him, Dressy? I'm getting desperate!" Dresella, still trying to maintain her grip, shook her head. " No, Jacob. Angel magic is worthless against vampires like him." Finally, the vampire pushed Jacob and Dresella into the bushes and held me tightly in his hand. " Ha, Ha! Finally caught me an Angel!  See you around, you worthless human beings! You'll never get your precious Angel back!" I struggled to break free from his grip, but I was still too scared to really help myself. " Please, sir! Give me back to my brother! I don't deserve this!" I tried to reason with him, but my plea just fell on deaf ears. " Shut up! You're all mine!" the vampire yelled and began flying away. Jacob saw this and sprouted wings out of his back to chase after him to save me. " Come back with my sister, you second rate, monster! Christine, Come back to me! I love you!" He cried out after us.

But the vampire was flying much too fast for Jacob to catch up to him in order to save me. Jacob got tired and fell to the ground, wings disappeared. " He took my sister! I don't believe this!" he cried out and began to cry. As the vampire flew away with me in his hand, I began to cry as well, knowing that I was too small and scared to really do anything about this at the moment. I missed my brother under my Angel wings and one of my dearest Angel friends.

After a long time of flying, the vampire took me to a small clearing, next to a secluded pond with a waterfall. " Let me go, already!" I tried once again to reason, but it didn't do any good. because the vampire just laughed and placed me inside a walnut shell on a rock. " Now that I captured my very own beautiful Angel with very powerful magic,  I shall now make you my evil vampire wife. You will work with me, Vampiro, to terrorize all of earth and cast very evil magic on all mortal beings.  Let's get started!" I totally did not like the sound of that and struggled once again to escape.  

Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted Minnie, looking in horror at us from behind a bush.  She's all right! But I wish I could tell her that I seriously needed help from her, Jacob, and Dresella. I tried to wave to her in her direction. " Don't worry, Chris. I'm right here for you!" she said loudly, running over to where I was. But Vampiro caught onto what I was doing and got very angry. " Well, Well! What do we have here?! A puny human! Trying to save her precious Angel friend! Well, you can't have her! Christine, time to become my evil vampire wife!" I screamed as Vampiro released a blast of very dark and powerful magic onto me. Vampiro laughed evilly while Minnie watched in complete horror, as I transformed into a very evil looking vampire monster. 

 I grew to my normal size. My Angel glow was replaced by dark streaks in my hair, my halo became a crown of thorns, my wings were no longer glittering and rainbow colored, but gray, lacy black wings, my skin color changed a pale blue color, fangs grew in my mouth, my Angel outfit became a very dirty, tattered and ripped gown, and my beautiful eyes became very fiery and dark. While I transformed physically, I felt my mind was being taken over as well, as when I thought my usual very sweet and kind Angel thoughts, they were being replaced  with thoughts of evil and destruction, as well as obeying Vampiro's evil commands. This was an enormous and serious change in me, I'll tell you that.

When my transformation was complete and I was completely under Vampiro's spell, I turned to face Minnie. Vampiro smiled at the success of his spell on me. " Sweet! Christine, kill that human being!" he ordered me. " Please Chris! don't do this! I'm your friend! Don't suck my blood!" Minnie pleaded as Vampiro said this. I really didn't want to hurt Minnie at all, but I felt the spell give me the urge to do it, overtaking my Angel nature.  " Kill her!" I said in my vampire voice, and began chasing after Minnie while flying in the air, making many attempts to bite her neck. Minnie screamed and ran as fast as she could  out of the secluded area and down the path, screaming for help and for Jacob and Dresella.

With the spell completely taking over me, I had the complete urge to look for Jacob and Drsella as well and kill them. Vampiro was angry that I had failed to kill Minnie and ordered me, " Go forth, my vampire wife, and kill those humans I saw earlier. Especially the one who claims you're his Sister! I'll be watching you!" I didn't want to do it, but the spell made me obey his command and I grunted in reply. With that, I flew away, searching for Jacob and Dresella as well as Minnie.

Meanwhile, feeling very overwhelmed with sadness over losing me, Dresella and Jacob continued walking down the path, searching through every bit of forest, desperately trying to find me. " Christine, please come back to me! I love you with all my heart, Sis!" Jacob kept calling out in complete despair. Dresella was very worried about me as well. " Chris, I really hope that Vampire is not doing anything horrifying to you!" Jacob began to cry and Dresella hugged him tightly. Suddenly, they heard Minnie's voice screaming down the path. " Christine's a Vampire! Christine's a Vampire!" she shouted at the top of her lungs and was very scared. Minnie ran up to Dresella and began crying in her shirt. Dresella tried to calm Minnie down. " It's okay, Min.  Just calm down. What happened to Christine? Did that Vampire do anything to her?" Jacob and Dresella calmed Minnie down long enough and very quickly, Minnie told the story of how Vampiro had plans to make me his evil wife, casted an evil spell on me, transforming me into an evil vampire monster, and tried to kill her.  " Oh, this is bad. Very bad!" Dresella said, very worried. 

Jacob, on the other hand, was more devastated than ever.  " I can't believe this is happening! Christine, my beautiful and incredible Guardian Angel /Sister! Taken by a stupid vampire! We got to get her back to her beautiful Angel self again!" Dresella stroked him with some Angel magic. " Easier said than done, Jake. I told you, Angel magic has no effect on vampires." Minnie held on tightly to Dresella while she and Jacob continued to desperately search for me. I spotted them walking up the path while I laid in wait on a tree branch. Vampiro's spell took over me again and I swooped down on them, ready to attack.  " Kill the humans!" I yelled when I landed right in front of them. Minnie screamed while Dresella and Jacob recognized me right away. " Christine! It's us! Your friends!  Please don't hurt us!" Dresella pleaded as I began to look at them, deciding who to attack first. I really didn't want to attack them, but the spell forced me to.  I began clawing at everything in sight, while Minnie, Dresella and Jacob scattered in all directions. Finally, the spell made me decide to attack Jacob, my brother under my Angel wings!

" Please! No!" Jacob cried out  and tried to get away from me. But I caught him in my arms and I extended my vampire fangs, ready to kill him. Jacob tried desperately to push me away from him, shaking with fear. " Christine! Don't do this! It's me! Jacob! Your brother under your Angel wings! Please try to remember! I love you with all my heart!" he began to plead to me. But the spell continued to make me want to attack him. I tried several times to bite him, but he, and Dresella made me miss several times. I even tore his shirt with my claws. " Please Christine! I really can't live without my Guardian Angel! Come back to me! I beg you! Don't get overcome by this evil that was cast on you!" he pleaded once more. Then in total desperation and still shaking with fear and crying, Jacob quickly wrapped his arms around me  and hugged me very tightly. " I love you, Christine! You mean so much to me!" At that moment, I really felt his very powerful, and warm love for me and it gradually made me stop being so wild. Then, while he was still hugging me tightly, I felt myself gradually transform back into my very sweet Angel self again. Jacob had broken the spell that Vampiro  casted on me with our very powerful love for each other! I was so very happy!

However, I saw that Jacob was still crying and holding onto me very tightly. " Please come back to me, Christine! I love you!"  he continued pleading. I tapped his shoulder to get his attention and began stroking him with some Angel magic. " It's okay, Jacob. Don't cry anymore. I'm back to my Angel self again. Your love for me must have broken that spell that was cast on me."   I said, softly. Jacob looked up and saw that I was back to normal.  Dresella and Minnie saw that as well and got very happy. "Oh, Christine! Thank goodness you're okay! I never want to lose my very beautiful and incredible Sister/Guardian Angel  ever again!" Jacob exclaimed happily and kissed me very lovingly on my cheek.

" Great to see you're okay, Chris.", Dresella told me," Jacob did indeed break the spell casted on you and just in time, too. You were trying to kill him while you were a monster!"  Needless to say, I was very shocked and sad when  Dresella told me this. I couldn't believe it! I was trying to kill my own brother under my Angel wings?!  " Oh my! I did that?! Oh! I never want to kill you, Bro. You're too precious and valuable to me! I can't believe it!" I cried out and hugged Jacob tightly, crying and beginning to shrink a little.  Jacob saw how very sad I was and began to comfort me. " Don't feel sad, Chris. You had no control over your actions while under that evil spell.  I know you would never want to harm me in any way possible."  Then, for a moment, we indulged in our very powerful love for each other while Dresella and Minnie watched us happily.

Suddenly, we heard a swooping sound echo throughout the forest. " Oh No! It's Vampiro!" I cried out in fear and I began to shrink again.  Jacob grabbed my hand as I continued shrinking. " It's okay, Sis. Dressy and I will protect you." Then he turned to Dresella. " How can we stop Vampiro if we can't use Angel magic against him?" Dresella thought for a moment. " I know that while Vampires hate Angels, they are very weak against Fairy magic. It completely destroys them!" she replied. " Oh sweet! Now I know how to beat Vampiro!" Jacob exclaimed with a sparkle in his eye.   I was still scared, but I hugged Jacob, showing my love for him.

Just then, Vampiro swooped and landed in the front of us on the path. I shook with fear and shrunk some more while Minnie screamed and hid herself behind Dresella. Vampiro took one look at me and glared, " What the**** are you doing, my wife?! You were supposed to kill them, not love them!  My spell must have been broken somehow. No matter. I can just recast that spell on you!"

 Vampiro was about to grab me again, but Jacob stopped him. " No! I won't let you kidnap my Sister again!  We really love each other and I won't let your evil overcome her and  make her try to kill me!" he shouted. Vampiro just laughed. " And how do you think you're going to stop me, you puny human? You're toast!" With that, I watched in complete horror and helplessness as Vampiro began to recast the spell  on me.  But Dresella saw that I was shrinking again and looked at Jacob with a knowing nod. " Time to Fairy up, Jacob!" she exclaimed happily and casted some Angel magic on him. In an instant, Jacob transformed into a very handsome male fairy, with a look complete with his nature magic.  I was very happy to see that Dresella did that to help us.  " Way to go, Dressy!" I said to myself. After his transformation was complete, Jacob turned and bravely faced Vampiro.  " You mess with my Guardian Angel Sister, then you mess with me. Time to take you down!" Jacob said, confidently.

Vampiro took one look at Jacob the fairy and completely got angry. " Why does it have to be Fairies? I hate them so much!" With that, he released a blast of his dark magic towards Jacob. But Jacob blocked it with a blast of his own fairy magic. Then he casted some fairy magic and commanded some thorny vines to appear out of the ground around Vampiro, wrapping him tightly within them. " Now, to finish you off!' Jacob exclaimed and conjured up a column of water from within the vines, completely covering Vampiro. Dresella, Minnie, and I watched as Vampiro slowly began to disappear within the water column and the vines.  " You haven't seen the last of me, you freaks! I will continue  to pursue Christine, the beautiful and powerful Angel until she's mine forever!" After he said that, Vampiro, disappeared. Needless to say, I, along with Dresella and Minnie, was very happy and proud of my brother under my Angel wings for saving me like that.

After the battle, Jacob slowly descended onto the ground while I ran ran over to him and hugged his thumb. " Jacob, I can’t thank you enough for saving me like that! I love you with all my heart. Bro!" I said very happily and with that, I grew back to my normal size. Jacob smiled. " Anything to protect my wonderful  Guardian Angel Sister!" Then he signaled to Dresella and she transformed him back into a human being. " I sure made a great fairy out of you, Jake! It really came in handy." Dresella commented. I looked around a little nervously. " You know, Vampiro's right. He is going to keep coming after me until he permanently makes me his evil wife!"  Both Dresella and Jacob assured me that everything will be all right and I would be protected.

At that moment, Minnie stretched, yawned and rubbed her eyes. " I'm sleepy. Time for my nap! Dressy, please take me home." she told Dresella. She picked up Minnie in her arms. " I better get Minnie home for her nap. Great seeing you guys again  and hope to see you soon!" Jacob and I waved goodbye to Dresella as she flew off in the distance, carrying Minnie. After that, I saw that Jacob looked very upset and stressed out. He sat down on the park bench , put his head in his hands, and began to cry. " What's the matter, Bro?" I asked him, " You saved me! Everything's all right now!"  Jacob looked up at me with tears in his eyes. " I know you're fine, Chris. But, I just can't get over the fact that I almost lost my very dear and incredible Guardian Angel Sister!  I really can't live without you, Sis!" I could really feel that he loved me to bits and gave him a big hug, with Angel magic. Thinking some more, It looked like Jacob could use a trip to a place of relaxation, like the beach to help clear his mind of sorrow and worries.

"Hey, Jake, How would you like to come with me on a trip to a beautiful beach? I think you deserve some time to relax!" I told him happily. As soon as I said that, Jacob's face lit up. " You would take me to the beach? Oh, Christine, Thank you so very much, my lovely Guardian Angel Sister! Let's do it!" he replied excitedly.  I smiled sweetly. " Okay! Let's do it!" With that, I casted Angel magic and gave Jacob his Angel wings and together, we took to the air, flying off to the beach.

After about an hour of flying, we arrived at a beautiful beach in Ocean City, New Jersey.  We gently landed on the beach and I made Jacob's Angel wings disappear ( we were getting strange looks from some human beings who were relaxing on the beach, but we ignored them.) . I looked around in complete awe. " What a great day at the beach! Let's begin our day, bro!" I said and with that, I casted Angel magic, transforming mine and Jacob's outfits into beach attire. " Absolutely, Sis!" In turn, he casted some Angel magic and set up a nice place for us on the beach, complete with a blanket and an umbrella.  Then Jacob and I laid down on the blanket under the umbrella. " A day of relaxing with my incredible Guardian Angel Sister. What more could I ever ask for?"   Jacob said softly, stroking me. " I absolutely could not ask for anything more, my brother under my Angel wings." I replied softly and we both fell asleep.

Our relaxation, however, was quickly interrupted when we began to hear someone yelling," help! Somebody! Do something!" and a lot of splashing. Jacob and I both woke up and looking in the distance, we saw that someone was drowning! " Holy ****! Someone's drowning over there! let's help him!" Jacob exclaimed.  " Absolutely, Bro. It's in my Angel instincts to save someone in distress!" I replied and raced across the beach after Jacob.  We arrived on the Jetty and found a young man with blond hair, struggling to swim. " How do we help him, Chris?!" Jacob asked me in a panic.  I remained calm. " leave it to me, Jacob." With that, I casted Angel magic and transformed myself into a mermaid, jumped into the water and grabbed the young man, saving him. " Jacob, please help me drag him onto dry land!" I told Jacob. He agreed and helped me drag the young man onto dry land. Then, I transformed myself back into my human form. " I hope he's okay, Bro. It looks like he's having a hard time breathing!" I said.

Jacob looked pretty worried, like I was and was about to cast Angel magic to heal him. But slowly, the young man woke up and spotted us looking at him.  " Ugh…. Where am I? I must find my Wedding ring…" he muttered and I gently began to stroke him with a little Angel magic. " It's okay, sir." Jacob told him," My sister, Christine and I saved you from drowning." The young man woke up completely and stood up on his feet. " Thank you very much for saving me. That's very sweet of you. My name's Wade, by the way. Is one of you a mermaid? I thought I saw a Mermaid save me…"  Jacob and I both knew that I was the mermaid that saved him, but since this young man was a human being, we decided that we can't let our secret out like that.  " I think you were just imagining things, Wade. My brother Jacob and I were the ones who saved you. When you were unconscious, you mentioned something about a wedding ring. Did you lose it somewhere?" I asked.  

The young man looked at me and Jacob with tear filled eyes. " Yes, I did. I was going to propose to my girlfriend, Holly, this afternoon, and I decided to wear the ring I was going to give her as a way of safekeeping it. Just now, I was taking a casual swim until I got caught onto some seaweed and my necklace got caught on some rocks.  I felt something tug at my necklace and it came right off of me and I was still caught in the seaweeds, starting to drown me until you guys came and saved me. I don't think I'll ever see that necklace and Holly's ring ever again…" Wade told us and began to break down.  It broke my Angel heart to see a human being in lots of distress like that. I was about to tell him that Jacob and I can go into the ocean and find that ring for him, but Jacob took me aside. " Christine, I don't know about this. What if we never find that ring for Wade and what if I lose you again? I really can't bear this!"  I could see how very nervous Jacob was, so I gently stroked him with a little magic to relax him. " Don't worry at all, Bro. Wade is really upset about losing his girlfriend's ring. Believe me,  nothing will happen to me. It's part of my Angel instincts to help those in need like that. Let's do it!" I told Jacob, and he agreed. We walked right back over to Wade. " Don't be sad at all, Wade. My brother and I will search all around, including in the ocean, for Holly's ring. We will not rest until that ring is back in your hands!" I assured Wade, confidently. Wade's eyes lit up after I told him that. " Wow! You would really do that for me?  You guys are the absolute best. Especially you, Christine. I swear you must have magic within you." ( The absolute truth, I thought.)  With that, he sat on some rocks near the jetty. " I'll wait here while you guys look for the ring." Wade told us. We nodded  and began our search for the ring.

Jacob and I walked over to the water's edge, far from where Wade was sitting. " Where do you think that ring went, Sis? It could be anywhere in this ocean." I thought for a moment, with my Angel senses telling me that the ring is very far beneath the ocean. " My senses are telling me that Wade lost that ring in the water, Jake.  We should transform into merpeople. It'll be a big help in our search." Jacob looked hesitant for a moment, but then agreed. " Alright. Let's do it!" I smiled, casted Angel magic, and transformed us both into merpeople. Then we dove right into the dark, deep water of the ocean.  

I tell you, there was a lot of beautiful scenery under the ocean as Jacob and I swam around, looking for the necklace containing Wade's ring.  " Where do you think the necklace with the ring would be around here, Sis?" Jacob asked me, looking around. My Angel senses were pointing in the direction of a small, but very mysterious looking cave. " We should look in there, Jake." I said, pointing to the cave, " I sense the ring might be in there."  Jacob agreed and we both swam in there. The cave was very dark, so I casted Angel magic and made the cave brighter. Suddenly,  a familiar looking figure, wearing a necklace with a ring on it, saw us and casted some magic from that necklace. " Christine! I think that might be Wade's necklace with the ring!" Jacob whispered to me. I was about to take a closer look, but suddenly, the figure grew some tentacles and captured me in them. I got scared and began to shrink. " Don't worry, Chris! I got you!" Jacob yelled after me and began to hit the tentacles that were holding me with a rock. but it was no use.   

The tentacles held me very tightly, no matter how small I got, and then the figure grabbed me from them and placed me inside an enchanted jar.  " Ha. Ha! Thought you got rid of me easily from the forest, puny human and worthless Angel?! Well, you didn't!"  the figure said and Jacob and I knew exactly whose voice that was. It was Vampiro's!! Somehow he followed us to the beach, still pursuing me!  He had gotten Wade's necklace and enchanted it for his evil doings to catch me! This was all not good at all. Jacob quickly swam over and tried to take the jar from Vampiro, but Vampiro just laughed and knocked Jacob into a stone wall. "  Haven't you learned your lesson from last time, human? You can't beat me! Now that I have captured your precious Angel and I have this necklace, nothing will stop me now! Bye Bye!"  Then Vampiro swam off, carrying me in the jar and wearing the necklace. I watched helplessly as Jacob was trying to regain consciousness.  When he did, he got angry and swam as fast as he could after us.

After what seemed like a very long time, Vampiro took me to a large stone area and placed the jar with me inside on one of the rocks. Then he laughed some more out of complete happiness. " I finally have my evil wife back!" he cried out happily," Now to put my spell on you , make you my monster wife and get rid of that puny human who's always trying to spoil my evil plans with you!" I heard this and began to shrink even more out of fear. " Please, Vampiro! Let me go! I don't deserve this! I love my brother very much!" I tried to reason with him, but it only fell on deaf ears. " Shut up, Christine! Time to cast my evil spell on you once more!"  With that, he released a blast of magic at me inside the jar, and instantly, I found myself transforming into a monster again.

I felt my body become larger, breaking out of the jar, my eyes were red, my skin became very scaly, my body becoming more snakelike,  and fangs were growing in my mouth. While I was still transforming, Vampiro aimed the ring on the necklace at me and released more magic from it, making me grow bigger and more evil each time. " Yeah! Grow my evil wife, Grow!"  When he was finally done releasing his magic on me, I was basically an giant, evil sea monster, taking up most of the area in the stones. The spell completely took over my kind, Angel being and I roared loudly.  

From the distance, Jacob was swimming around, calling for me. Suddenly, he heard my very loud roar and recognized that Vampiro had casted his evil spell on me once more. He gasped. " Christine!   Don't worry, Sis, I'll save you, my Guardian Angel!" he cried out and swam as fast as he could towards the rock area. When he got there,  he saw that he was too late. Vampiro had casted his evil spell on me and this time, made me grow much bigger than normal, using the necklace with the ring on it that Wade lost. " My God, I'm too late! Christine has become a giant monster!" Jacob gasped when he looked at me. I really wanted to go right up to him and hug him, but Vampiro's spell made me growl and want to attack him instead. Vampiro laughed at Jacob's reaction. " Ha! That's right, puny human! There's no chance you can save your precious Angel now! Time to get rid of you for good! Christine! Attack him!" he ordered me and his spell made me obey him. I roared and began to chase after Jacob around the rock area while Vampiro watched in complete pleasure.  " Please Christine! I'm your brother! Come back to me! I'm begging you!  You mean so much to me! Don't get overcome by Vampiro's evil spell!" he pleaded some more to me, but the spell continued to control me even more. 

Under the spell, I tried to bite and grab him with my jaws, but Jacob quickly got away. He found a small space between the rocks and swam quickly over there for refuge. " Maybe Vampiro's right." Jacob said to himself," Maybe I'm nothing but a puny human being. I can't even save my very  sweet and loving Guardian Angel Sister! I really wish I was never born!" Then he began to cry a lot. I saw Jacob inside the space between the rocks and tried to charge through them. " I'm such a worthless human being! Christine, Please come back to me! That's all I ever ask! You make my life so complete!" Jacob continued crying and feeling emotional. Suddenly, Jacob's tears we spilling out from the space between the rocks and landed on my tail. I was about to attempt to bite him again while I was under the spell, but when his tears spilled on me,  I felt a very strong sensation come over me.  The spell was beginning to break as I felt myself gradually transform back into my very sweet and loving Angel self in mermaid form. I was shrinking, my mind was getting freed, and my appearance was getting less scary and more Angelic. 

" Hey, I'm myself again!" I said very happily when the spell was completely broken over me and I was not being controlled anymore. Looking around, I saw Jacob, still crying a lot and feeling very emotional. " Christine… I love you so much…" I heard him say and I swam over to him.  He was hunched over, so I tapped him on the shoulder and said to him, softly," Jacob, it's me, Christine. Your Guardian Angel Sister. I'm fine now, so you shouldn't cry anymore.  I think your very powerful love for me broke the spell again." Jacob looked up, saw that I was myself again, and gave me an enormous hug. " Christine!" he shouted happily, " You're all right and you came back to me! I'm very happy and I'm very sorry I was so emotional back there. It really breaks my heart to lose you again, Christine. Or lose you at all, period."  I glittered and sparkled at Jacob's very kind words. " Oh, I love you too, my brother under my Angel wings.  I really forgive you." I hugged him back lovingly.

Suddenly, Vampiro swam up to us and saw that his spell on me had been broken once again. " I can't believe that this happened again!  This calls for some drastic measures. Time to recast the spell on you, Christine, and make it permanent this time. And as for you, you worthless human, I shall destroy you for good!" Upon hearing this, I shook with fear and began to shrink again. Jacob was upset, at first, but he grabbed my hand and took me aside. " Sis, Vampiro is just going to keep going after you and I don't want to ever lose you again. We'll have to slay him for good. Please conjure me up an enchanted wooden stake so that I can destroy him once and for all."  I was nervous, wondering if this would really work, and shrunk some more. Jacob stroked me on my back. " Please don't be worried, Chris. I'm sure this will work."  I felt his comfort, and grew back to my normal size. " Okay, Bro. I'll do it for you." I replied nicely, casted Angel magic and gave Jacob an enchanted wooden stake to slay Vampiro with.  Jacob smiled in satisfaction. " Thanks a lot, Christine. Now let's get him!"

Jacob and I swam back to where Vampiro is and upon seeing us, he began to recast his evil spell on me. " You're mine forever, Christine!" he said with an evil smile. But Jacob pushed me aside. " Vampiro, you have gone far enough with this. Christine is my Sister and Guardian Angel.  We have a very powerful love for each other and can't you see that?!  Your evil will always be overcome by our very strong bond. Leave me and my Sister alone forever!"  Jacob said very firmly to Vampiro. In reply, Vampiro continued laughing. He wasn't laughing for long, though,  because when Jacob whipped out the enchanted wooden stake that I gave him, Vampiro began to shake with fear and shriek loudly.  He tried to flee from us, but Jacob, empowered by the enchanted stake, caught up  with him and stabbed Vampiro several times in the chest and all over the body with the stake. " Mess with me and my Guardian Angel Sister, why did you?!" Jacob grunted as he stabbed Vampiro.  After Jacob was finished stabbing Vampiro, Vampiro let out a soft cry and designated into a pile of  dust and was carried away by the current. I began to sparkle and glitter with so much joy and happiness that Jacob was very brave to save me like that. I swam up to him and gave him the biggest hug with Angel magic that Jacob's ever gotten.

"Oh, Jacob, my brother under my Angel wings, you're truly brave and loving to slay Vampiro and save me like that! You're truly a treasure and worth so much more than just a puny human as Vampiro kept calling you. I love you so very much, my brother!" Jacob was so happy and comfortable in my arms, that, he hugged me tightly back and began to cry tears of joy. " Christine, my Guardian Angel Sister, you mean more than the world to me. It breaks my heart whenever I lose you. Vampiro needed to be slayed and had no right to kidnap you from me and make you evil.  It was an act of true sibling love between us that I did that for you.  After we exchanged sweet words to each other, Jacob and I spent a few moments in each other's arms, really feeling each other's love. Suddenly, Jacob realized something. "Wait! Did I destroy Wade's ring necklace along with Vampiro?! Wade will be so very disappointed if I did!" he exclaimed, feeling concerned. I quickly looked around the rock area and found Wade's ring necklace among the rocks. " I found it, Bro! But it still has some of Vampiro's evil magic in it. We're going to have to purify it."  " That's a great idea, Sis. Especially since we don't want Wade and Holly to be affected by Vampiro's magic. How do we do that?" Jacob replied. I picked up the necklace in my right hand, grabbed Jacob's right hand with my left hand and placed it on my hand that's holding the necklace. " Let's combine our magical love and purify it, Jacob. Then it'll be safe once more." I told him. With that, we both closed our eyes and concentrated, releasing our magical love on the necklace. In an instant, it became normal again, with no evil on it.   Now, we have Wade's ring necklace to give back to him.

" Sweet! It worked!" Jacob exclaimed," Ready to head back to the beach, my Guardian Angel Sister?" I smiled warmly, putting the necklace on around my neck. " Yes, I am, my brother under my Angel wings. Let's go!" With that, I casted Angel magic and transformed myself into a very nice sea serpent in order for us to get to shore faster. " Whoa! you make a neat sea serpent, Chris!" Jacob exclaimed happily, grabbing onto my tail. " Thanks, Bro. Let's get going!" With that, I swam as fast as I could to shore, with Jacob hanging onto my tail. In no time at all, Jacob and I reached the shore where Wade was waiting for us. I quickly swam to the edge of the shore, away from Wade's line of sight, and casted Angel magic to transform Jacob and I back into humans. 

Then we walked towards Wade, who was  sitting under our umbrella, looking longingly at the ocean. Then he spotted us. " Christine! Jacob! There you guys are! I was wondering what took you guys so long. Did you find my necklace for me?" I smiled very warmly and presented Wade with the ring necklace. " Yes, we did, Wade. Your necklace is safe and sound." Wade took it from me and held it close in his hands. Then he began to cry tears of joy. " I just can't thank you guys enough  for finding my ring necklace for me. Holly will be so happy when I propose to her with this!" Jacob smiled as well. "It was our pleasure, Wade. Nothing we couldn't handle, right Sis?"  he said, looking at me. I smiled, glittered and sparkled. " Agree totally, Bro. We're glad to see you so very happy, Wade." With that, we bid farewell to Wade and began our journey home. Holding each other's hands and releasing Angel magic as we went home, It really showed me that Jacob and I have a very strong love for each other and it helped  overcome anything that stood in our way . Love has saved the day for us.
